JOB DESCRIPTION : Assist in creating the learning tracks in a given domain/ sub domain Design & develop learning interventions aligned to the learning tracks Work with Engineering project groups on competency building for new and existing projects. Develop effective Learning Extension Plans (Pre/post classroom) for continuous engagement with the participants Result oriented training, coaching, mentoring Design, develop and execute software projects for use as hands-on in PRISM/ technical training/high-end technical workshops for improving the effectiveness of the trainings . Be able to effectively coordinate with SBUs to provide learning solutions
