Ajay has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry. He has worked for large companies (Microsoft, Sybase), Services companies (TCML, Ci2i Services, Inc.), Tools (Vermeer), Hardware (PCL) and Media (IndiaHQ). He has been part of 2 successful startups (Vermeer-FrontPage & IndiaHQ).

Ajay has successfully built new businesses inside large enterprises in addition to building new ventures. He has successfully driven multiple M&A transactions, managed large budgets and provided leadership to large teams. He provides strategic guidance, helps in building Strategic/Global alliances, and architecting Product roadmaps. He is very active in supporting startups in the Seattle area and in India- as a consultant, Board Director, and advisor.

As an Information Technology Sales leader with over eighteen years of IT Consulting, Infrastructure, Professional Services & Channel Alliance Partnership experience with a passion for producing results and building Sales organizations. The last 5 years have been focused on Infrastructure planning & deployment, Cloud adoption, IT Consulting, IT Outsourcing and Consulting services to enterprise and Fortune 500 customers in a wide array of industries.

Raul started in the United States Marine Corps. as an HMX-1 Presidential Guard under both the Bush Sr. & Clinton administrations. Raul also held several senior level sales management positions with companies including Qwest Communications, World Wide Technology and VMC Consulting Corp. His career in information technology spans providing IT network, hardware and consulting services to enterprise accounts throughout the US.

An avid marathoner, Raul currently spends his time free time with his wife and twin daughters. Raul also serves as a volunteer at The Seattle Bread of Life Mission, Royal Family Foster Kids & Teen Reach Adventure Camps.

Dan has been managing clients and working in the marketing industry for the last 10 years. He is the former owner of Common Ground Inc., and has worked as a business consultant with numerous clients to develop successful traditional and digital marketing campaigns.

While working as a Social Media Marketer for Chisel Industries, Dan successfully grew his clients social media presence and engagement levels with dynamic B2B and B2C community management strategies, messaging frameworks and cost effective marketing solutions.

He has also travelled to 19 countries and helped coordinate entrepreneurial events such as Big Sky Developers Conference, Startup Bozeman, and Startup Weekend Bozeman.

His passion is for working with clients to develop executable digital marketing solutions that create lasting engagement to build loyal customers.

Dan holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Montana State University.
